I don’t have any tools – what do I need?
The Tint school includes a basic set of tinta tools for each student to use while here at our facility and then to take home.
Can I really learn to tint in two days?
Yes! Absolutely. We have a very good approach to teaching how to tint at The Tint School. All of the basics and foundations of how to tint can be learned in our two days of training. While at the course we teach you how to tint in many different techniques. We train you with all the knowledge you needed to properly cut, prepare the glass and apply the window tint. Our course is 99% hands on. We will also check on you during the two days to make sure you are comfortable and learning enough to pass our course.
What brand films do you use?
We only use Solar Armor. Solar Armor Australian Window Films, is an Australian made, premium quality window film, which is made from the highest-grade materials to ensure heat and glare is reduced with non-metal construction which won’t interfere with mobile and GPS devices.
Are lunches provided?
Yes! We provide lunch on both days of the course. Each day we ask the class what they want to have for lunch. No course is the same meal as you decide as a class on what you want to eat. You will need to provide your own morning tea.
What are the class sizes?
Class sizes are 3-4 students per class. If we have more than 4 students in a class we add another trainer so there is 1 trainer to 4 students.
What time are the classes?
Our classes very from location to location. Most locations start between 7:30 and 8:30am and finish between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.
Do i get continued support?
Yes, Our trainers will also be available if you have any questions or need help with particular techniques. We also have a YouTube channel that you can go and watch if you need help with any different techniques. We also offer a training manual for free download. This manual has had over 9000 downloads to date.
Do you offer onsite training?
Yes, we offer onsite training. We can come to your shop to run Tint School course. We recommend if you want to do training at you location that you have 4 or more people to make it more valuable for you.
What is the closest airport to the course?

Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, upon completing the two day The Tint School course and passing, you will receive The Tint School certificate.

You can buy tools and window film from our partners. We have partnered with the largest distributors of window film in Australia PFD Distribution this is where you can get all you film for tinting. Also for all you tool needs you can got to Tinta Tools
