Cancellations

Course bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your enrolment.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, a refund will only be given if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the course commencement date.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of course commencement will forfeit the 50% deposit to cover non attendance costs.

If full payment was made, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the course amount and will arrange a refund for the remaining 50% balance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
